1 table spoon of strained yoghurt
½ cup DODONI feta cheese
2 ¼ lbs cherry tomatoes
1 cucumber
1 red bell pepper
20 leaves of coriander
1 slice of mellon
20 red grapes
2 table spoon of olive oil
1 table spoon of red vinegar
Salt & pepper


Wash well the cherry tomatoes, grapes, cucumber and red bell pepper.


Cut the Mellon and add all the rest from the ingredients in a bar blender. Add the yoghurt, fresh coriander, olive oil, red vinegar, salt and pepper. Blend well and drain. Serve the soup in small bowls with crumbled feta cheese.
